Beer Profile
TROPIC PINES
Tropic Pines is a 7% ABV India Pale Ale defined by a dynamic hop profile featuring Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe. This IPA presents a balanced duality of flavor, leading with bright, juicy notes of mango and passionfruit derived from the tropical hop additions. Beneath the initial fruitiness, a firm, resinous pine character emerges, contributing a classic West Coast bitterness and aroma. It pours a clear gold with a moderate body, finishing clean and showcasing the interplay between citrus zest and earthy resin.
