Moksa Seven is a robust Imperial Stout blend, clocking in at 16.5% ABV, characterized by its extensive aging in two distinct sets of barrels. This double maturation process contributes complex layers of vanilla, charred oak, and deep molasses to the aroma. Poured black with minimal head, the stout presents a thick, viscous mouthfeel. The flavor profile is dominated by dark chocolate, roasted malt, and subtle notes of dried fruit, balanced by a noticeable warmth from the high alcohol content and lingering bourbon character on the finish.
