Fresh Hop Landbier

This seasonal lager, brewed at 5% ABV, showcases the unique character of freshly harvested wet hops. Utilizing locally sourced malted barley from Admiral Maltings and Triple Perle hops from Hoppin Raccoon Ranch, the hops were picked and brewed the same morning to maximize freshness. This special release offers a delicate balance, presenting notes of fresh-cut grass and a subtle sweetness reminiscent of crispy raspberry strudel. The resulting brew is clean, crisp, and slightly less bitter than its traditional Landbier inspiration, highlighting the ephemeral quality of wet-hopped lagers.
