Grim Salvation
A smooth and roasty dark German lager made with 100% malt from North Carolina Craft Maltsters, Epiphany Craft Malt. Mashed with a blend of their Modern Pils, Munich, and Smooth Operator malts. Balanced with German Magnum and Spalt Select hops for a balanced bitterness and well-rounded hop character. Fermented cold and sounded for natural carbonation, and lagered colder in our horizontal lagering tanks until fully matured. Toasted seeded rounds, shaved bakers chocolate with a side of ristretto.
