Double Barrel Stout

This Imperial Stout boasts an imposing 11.5% ABV, having matured for a full year in bourbon barrels. The extended aging process imparts complex layers of oak and spirit warmth to the deep, roasted malt base. On the palate, robust notes of dark chocolate and bitter roasted coffee dominate, complemented by subtle undertones of sweet vanilla derived from the barrel wood. It pours nearly opaque black with substantial body, offering a rich, velvety mouthfeel that encourages slow sipping.
