Beer Profile
Burton Revival (collab w/ Steel Bonnet)
Burton Revival is an English Strong Ale brewed in collaboration with Steel Bonnet, showcasing a rich malt profile with a warming 8.1% ABV. This ale offers deep caramel and toffee notes balanced by a subtle earthiness typical of the style. Aromas of toasted malt and dark fruit complement its full-bodied character, while a restrained hop bitterness provides structure without overpowering the malty sweetness. Its smooth, slightly viscous mouthfeel enhances the complex interplay of flavors, making it a thoughtful representation of traditional English strong ales.
