This Florida Weisse is brewed with fresh cantaloupe, offering a light, tart, and highly refreshing profile. It pours a hazy, pale orange hue with minimal head retention. The aroma is dominated by sweet, ripe melon notes layered over a subtle lactic sourness. On the palate, the initial bright acidity quickly gives way to the delicate, juicy sweetness of cantaloupe.
