This Cold IPA presents a medium-light body and a remarkably dry, crispy finish characteristic of its lagered fermentation. Brewed with a blend of Southern Hemisphere hops, including Galaxy and Rakau, alongside experimental HBC 586, it delivers a substantial hop profile. Expect vibrant aromas of passionfruit, citrus zest, and subtle stone fruit. The flavor remains clean and highly attenuated, allowing the complex hop bitterness and tropical notes to shine through before concluding with a refreshing, light dryness. (ABV 6.6%)
