This massive Imperial Stout spent two years maturing in bourbon barrels, resulting in a complex and deeply layered profile. Clocking in at 15% ABV, this brew pours thick and dark, offering aromas of rich mocha and sweet vanilla bean. The flavor profile is dominated by layers of coconut—both fresh and toasted—melding seamlessly with intense Ghanaian chocolate. Notes of dark roast coffee and warming bourbon spice emerge on the palate, leading to a smooth, decadent finish characteristic of its extended barrel aging.
