Wooden Mayhem ‘25 is a barrel-aged Imperial Stout matured for sixteen months in single malt whisky barrels. This potent stout offers a rich aroma of fudge, molasses, black coffee, and toffee, unfolding into notes of raisins and dried dark cherries. On the palate, it balances robust roasted malt flavors with the influence of oak, adding subtle vanilla and whisky warmth. The extended boil contributes to a deep, concentrated body, creating a complex and full-bodied beer with layered sweetness and robust character.
