Cuvée #1 is a complex barrel-aged blend marrying the deep, roasted character of a Porter and the nutty malt profile of a Brown Ale, both aged in wood. This foundation is then softened and brightened by the addition of fresh Belgian Quadrupel. The resulting brew presents layers of dark fruit, subtle cocoa, and toasted oak, balanced by the spicy, yeast-driven esters typical of a Quad. It offers a full body and a warming finish, showcasing the interplay between rich malt complexity and vinous barrel notes.
