This IPA balances traditional bitterness with unique hop complexity. Brewed with rice, the malt profile remains exceptionally clean, allowing the hop character to shine. It features a blend of piney Chinook and distinctive, tropical Sorachi Ace hops, contributing notes of lemon and dill alongside resinous depth. A final dry-hopping with Citra enhances the citrus aroma, leading to a decidedly dry and assertive bitter finish. At 7.5% ABV and 65 IBU, it offers substantial body and hop intensity.
