This West Coast IPA pours a clear, brilliant gold with a persistent white head. The aroma is dominated by assertive hop notes of pine resin, grapefruit zest, and a hint of dank earthiness. On the palate, a firm bitterness immediately takes hold, balanced by a lean malt profile that allows the hops to shine. Flavors lean toward citrus peel and sharp floral characteristics. The body is medium-light, finishing dry and crisp, leaving a lingering, clean bitterness on the tongue.
