Cherry Plume

This limited release is a fruited golden sour aged extensively in oak barrels. It pours a hazy, deep gold hue with subtle ruby highlights. The aroma is dominated by tart cherry skins and subtle vanilla notes derived from the barrel aging. On the palate, a bright, lactic acidity provides a refreshing counterpoint to the sweet, earthy flavor of ripe cherries. The mouthfeel is medium-light, finishing dry with lingering vinous and stone fruit complexity.
