This Belgian IPA offers a unique convergence of brewing traditions. At 5.8% ABV and 50 IBU, it balances assertive citrus and pine notes derived from American Pacific Northwest hops with the distinctive character of Belgian yeast. The aroma features bright grapefruit and orange peel alongside subtle, fruity esters—pear or apricot—contributed by the fermentation. Poured a hazy gold, the mouthfeel is medium-bodied with a crisp, dry finish, allowing both the hop bitterness and the delicate yeast spice to shine through.
