Strata Solstice is a Wet Hop West Coast IPA brewed with freshly harvested hops added directly from the vine. This 6.8% ABV IPA pours clear, exhibiting the classic West Coast profile. The aroma is dominated by intensely dank and resinous notes, characteristic of wet-hopped beers. On the palate, strong pine flavors emerge, balanced by a firm, lingering bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied and dry, allowing the sharp, earthy hop oils to define the finish.
