Beer Profile

Scatterbrain

Scatterbrain is a double IPA brewed in collaboration with Puhaste Beer, showcasing a vibrant hop blend of Rakau, Nelson, Motueka, and Motueka hop kief. This beer offers bright and zesty aromas with citrus-forward notes reminiscent of mojito limes and a subtle white sangria character. The flavor profile balances lively tropical and citrus fruits with a crisp, refreshing finish, enhanced by a moderate bitterness that complements the juicy hop character. Its sunny, effervescent nature and layered hop complexity make for an inviting, flavorful experience typical of the style.
