BA Snowbirds 9 - Chocolate Covered Banana

This Imperial Pastry Stout pours deep black with substantial viscosity, clocking in at 12.4% ABV. It spent over two years aging in bourbon barrels, developing complex layers of oak and spirit character. The aroma presents rich notes of dark chocolate and vanilla, complemented by a distinct, sweet banana presence from the addition of Wild Thai Banana. On the palate, the stout delivers a decadent profile, blending the warmth of bourbon with the bittersweet depth of cacao nibs, finishing with a lingering, dessert-like sweetness and a full, smooth mouthfeel.
