This 8.2% Imperial Hazy IPA is a collaboration focusing on concentrated hop character. It utilizes a blend of Simcoe and Mosaic, complemented by additions of Motueka and Strata. The profile is further intensified through the use of curated hop extracts, including a Simcoe extract selected by the collaborating brewery. Expect a dense, opaque appearance and a powerful aroma dominated by tropical fruit, citrus zest, and resinous pine notes derived from the complex hop combination. The mouthfeel is full and soft, delivering a concentrated burst of juicy flavor with minimal perceived bitterness.
