Corner Struck

Corner Struck is a hazy Double IPA that balances intense hop character with a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel. The kettle hopping combines Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, Amarillo, and Galaxy, offering a blend of tropical fruit, citrus, and pine aromas. Dry hopping with Motueka, Strata, El Dorado, Simcoe, Citra, and Galaxy adds layers of bright, juicy notes including passion fruit, melon, and lemon zest. The result is a vibrant, aromatic beer with a moderately bitter finish that complements its rich, haze-driven texture.
