Beer Profile

Coco Haze

Coco Haze presents a modern, experimental profile, likely leaning toward a Hazy IPA base infused with tropical adjuncts. Expect a soft, opaque appearance, typical of the "haze" designation. The aroma is dominated by sweet coconut and tropical fruit notes, suggesting the use of specialty hops alongside fruit additions. On the palate, the beer delivers a creamy mouthfeel, balancing low bitterness with flavors of toasted coconut, pineapple, and citrus zest, finishing smooth and slightly sweet.
