Hairy Man Hefe

Hairy Man Hefe is a traditional hefeweizen characterized by a cloudy, pale golden appearance and a soft, creamy head. Its aroma offers notes of banana and clove, typical of the yeast-driven style, accompanied by subtle hints of citrus and wheat. The flavor delivers a smooth blend of mild sweetness and refreshing tartness, with light maltiness balancing the gentle spice. The mouthfeel is medium-light with a lively carbonation, making it approachable and quenching. This beer exemplifies the classic hefeweizen profile, focusing on yeast complexity and a clean, crisp finish.
