Beer Profile

BIG BUCKLE

Big Buckle is an IPA that balances a moderate bitterness with a unique malt backbone featuring Mextex Pale Malt and rolled corn, adding a subtle sweetness and smooth texture. The use of Hersbrucker hops, known for their mild, floral, and herbal notes, imparts a crisp, refreshing aroma and a restrained bitterness that avoids overpowering the palate. The beer presents a clear, amber-golden hue and offers a medium body with a clean finish, making it a distinctive take on the IPA style that invites exploration beyond traditional hop profiles.
