Beer Profile
Neapolitan Complex
Neapolitan Complex is a nitro-infused ale inspired by the creamy texture of ice cream, delivering a smooth and velvety mouthfeel. With a moderate 30 IBU, it balances subtle bitterness against a sweet, dessert-like character reminiscent of classic Neapolitan flavors. Aromas hint at chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry notes, complementing its lightly roasted malts and gentle hop presence. This beer pours a rich, creamy body with a clean finish, making it an approachable yet flavorful choice for those seeking a unique twist on traditional styles.
