This 2015 vintage Cellar Reserve offers a deep, complex profile achieved through extended aging. Poured mahogany brown, the aroma presents rich notes of dried dark fruit—raisins, figs, and plums—layered with subtle sherry and oxidized caramel. On the palate, the years have mellowed the initial heat, developing flavors of toasted malt, toffee, and dark molasses, complemented by hints of leather and tobacco.
