Beer Profile

Barrel Aged Old Rasputin XXVI

This limited edition release, Barrel Aged Old Rasputin XXVI, takes the robust Imperial Stout base and matures it in oak barrels. The aging process introduces complex notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and bourbon warmth, layering them over the beer's inherent profile of dark chocolate, rich molasses, and dried fruit. It pours nearly opaque black with a substantial body and low carbonation, offering a velvety, viscous mouthfeel. Aromas blend roasted malt and coffee with significant alcohol heat and sweet caramel. This iteration is designed for slow sipping, showcasing the integration of wood and spirit character with the intense stout foundation.
