Berliner Weisse

A classic interpretation of the highly refreshing, low-ABV sour wheat ale. This Berliner Weisse pours a pale straw color with high carbonation, yielding a fleeting white head. The aroma is dominated by clean lactic acidity, often presenting notes of lemon zest and green apple. On the palate, the pronounced tartness is balanced by a light, dry body and a crisp finish, making it exceptionally drinkable. At 4.1% ABV, it serves as a bright, palate-cleansing session sour.
