Midnight Oats is a smooth, nitrogenated Oatmeal Stout presenting a deep, opaque black color beneath a persistent cascade of creamy, tan foam. The low bitterness of 19 IBU allows the malt profile to shine, offering gentle notes of dark chocolate and roasted barley. The addition of oats contributes significantly to the body, creating a soft, velvety mouthfeel that carries subtle hints of coffee bean and molasses. At 5.2% ABV, this stout is highly drinkable, finishing with a mild, comforting roast character.
