Beer Profile
Summer Wheat
Summer Wheat is a light wheat ale featuring a crisp, refreshing profile ideal for warm weather. The beer presents subtle notes of banana and clove on the nose, typical of wheat yeast strains, paired with a soft, smooth mouthfeel. Its moderate 5.2% ABV and gentle bitterness allow the fruity and spicy character to shine without overwhelming the palate. Pale and slightly hazy in appearance, this ale offers a balanced, approachable expression of the wheat ale style.
