The second beer in our “Craft Brew Classics” series, Cream Ale has been around since the early 1900’s. In its early years, Cream ale was considered by some critics nothing but a marketing gimmick. But leave it to craft brewers to reinvent this classic style to help it to become more of what the name implies. Hefty percentages of corn and perhaps a bit of cream to give this updated ale a bit sweeter palate and a fuller body.
