This Double Milk Stout offers a rich, Southwestern-inspired profile, built upon a creamy, lactose-sweetened base. The appearance is deep black with a persistent tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate and roasted malt mingle with warm spices, notably vanilla and cinnamon. On the palate, the sweetness of the milk stout is balanced by a complex blend of chili peppers, providing earthy depth and a subtle, lingering warmth on the finish rather than aggressive heat. The mouthfeel is full and velvety, characteristic of an imperial stout.
