Beer Profile
Helios DIPA
Helios DIPA is an 8.5% ABV double IPA brewed with North Carolina-grown Pilsner malt and wheat from Carolina Malt House. Fermented with Omega Yeast’s OYL-405 strain, it offers a unique fermentation character that complements the generous dry hopping with Sabro hops from Yak Hops. The beer presents a vibrant tropical aroma with distinctive notes reminiscent of white wine, balanced by a smooth malt backbone. Its medium to full body carries bright citrus and coconut flavors typical of Sabro hops, finishing crisp with a subtle bitterness. Poured into a hazy golden hue, Helios provides a layered, refreshing experience grounded in regional ingredients.
