Beer Profile
Red Phone
Red Phone is a modern take on the Red IPA style, presenting a bright ruby hue derived from a rich blend of roasted malts. The malt profile provides a subtle backbone that complements the complex hop additions of Centennial, Sultana, Talus, and Ekuanot. Aromas are dominated by notes of fresh melon, vibrant tropical fruits, and bright citrus zest. This IPA balances the sweetness and color of specialty malts with a focused bitterness and a refreshing, fruit-forward hop character.
