Brewed using a step-mash process with Weyermann Barke Pils and Munich malts, it offers a subtle, bready sweetness reminiscent of fresh-baked rounds. German Magnum and Mittelfrüh hops provide a delicate, floral counterpoint to the malt base. Naturally carbonated and extensively cold-lagered, this 5% ABV beer finishes clean and crisp, with faint hints of clover honey lingering on the palate.
