This Double IPA presents a potent combination of tropical fruit and resinous pine character, amplified by an 8.5% ABV. Brewed with a trio of Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, the aroma bursts with notes of bright citrus zest and mango. The flavor profile balances a crisp initial bitterness (85 IBU) with substantial hop oils, delivering layers of dank earthiness and sweet stone fruit. It maintains a moderately dry finish, allowing the complex hop profile to linger on the palate.
