This traditional German Pilsener adheres strictly to the Reinheitsgebot, offering a clean, crisp, and refreshing profile at 5.5% ABV. It pours a brilliant pale gold with high clarity and a persistent white head. The aroma is dominated by noble hops, presenting floral and slightly spicy notes alongside a subtle, sweet malt backbone. On the palate, a delicate balance of light grain sweetness quickly yields to a pronounced, dry bitterness characteristic of the style. The mouthfeel is light-bodied and highly effervescent, finishing exceptionally clean and dry.
