The extended maturation yields complex layers of baked apple, spiced wood, and subtle oak. Aromas of cinnamon and baked fruit mingle with rich coffee cake and dessert spice notes. The 16.7% ABV supports a rich, full-bodied mouthfeel with flavors reminiscent of apple crumble and cinnamon dolce latte, creating a smooth, slowly evolving character that balances sweetness, warmth, and depth.
