Beer Profile
STAR CITY RED
Star City Red is a red lager showcasing a rich malt character with toasty and bready notes that create a warm, inviting aroma. At 5% ABV, it presents a balanced bitterness that supports but does not overpower the malt profile, allowing the smooth, caramel-like sweetness to take center stage. Its deep amber color complements the malty complexity, while the clean finish highlights the lager’s restrained hop presence. This beer offers a smooth mouthfeel and a moderate body, making it a well-rounded choice for those seeking a flavorful yet approachable red lager.
