This Imperial IPA, clocking in at 8.1% ABV, is aggressively double dry-hopped with a potent blend of Apollo, Simcoe, Citra, and El Dorado. The resulting profile leans heavily into tropical and citrus fruit notes, driven primarily by the Citra and El Dorado additions. Expect a vibrant aroma of ripe mango, grapefruit zest, and sticky pine resin. The bitterness registers firmly at 70 IBU, providing structure against the significant hop saturation. This DIPA offers a full body and a moderately hazy appearance, finishing relatively dry despite the intense hop flavor.
