Beer Profile
Blizzard Blast
Blizzard Blast is a tropical fruited sour with a vibrant 5% ABV that balances bright acidity with juicy fruit flavors. Aromas of pineapple, passionfruit, and mango lead the way, complemented by a crisp, tart character on the palate. The sourness is lively but restrained, allowing the tropical notes to shine through without overwhelming. Its light body and effervescent mouthfeel make it refreshing and easy to drink, while the finish is clean with a subtle fruity sweetness lingering. This beer offers a lively expression of tropical fruits within a well-structured sour framework.
