Beer Profile
A Go-Go
This Saison offers a bright, refreshing profile at 6.1% ABV and 24 IBU. It is characterized by substantial late and dry hopping with Elani hops, contributing distinct aromas of sweet fruit and sharp citrus zest. On the palate, the hop character is balanced by traditional Saison yeast esters, which introduce a subtle, complex bubblegum note on the finish. This pale farmhouse ale maintains a dry, crisp texture, enhancing its overall drinkability and effervescence.
