Beer Profile

CONVIVIO

CONVIVIO is an Italian Pilsner crafted with German Weyermann Eraclea Pilsen malt and carafoam, delivering a clean, crisp malt backbone. The beer showcases a floral and spicy aroma from a heavy whirlpool addition of German Spalt Select hops, complemented by a pronounced dry-hop character featuring Loral and Czech Kazbek hops. Its bright golden hue and smooth, snappy finish are enhanced by a three-week lagering process, resulting in a refreshing, aromatic lager with delicate bitterness and a lively mouthfeel. Designed for easy drinking, CONVIVIO balances crispness with subtle hop complexity.
