Sunset Cliffs is a bright, citrus-forward interpretation of a classic West Coast IPA, featuring a pronounced addition of grapefruit. This 6% ABV brew pours clear with a crisp, light body characteristic of the style. The aroma is dominated by fresh grapefruit zest and underlying pine notes from the hops. On the palate, the beer offers a balanced profile where hop bitterness meets a refreshing, tart grapefruit tang, finishing clean and highly crushable. It maintains the dry, sharp character expected of a traditional West Coast IPA while highlighting the vibrant citrus fruit.
