Brewed in honor of Mr. Lee Kalsch, owner of the building. Kolsch is a once little known but delicious traditional German style beer typified by it straw colored hue and medium body. We are fortunate to know Mr. Kalsch, a true gentleman and magnificent landlord, who gave us the opportunity to brew our beer in his warehouse. Prost, Mr. Kalsch!
