Dark & Hoptimistic is a Black IPA that balances roasted malt character with vibrant hop notes. It features a deep mahogany color with a slightly creamy tan head. Aromas blend pine and citrus hops with hints of chocolate and coffee. On the palate, moderate bitterness supports flavors of dark roasted malt, caramel, and bright tropical fruits. The medium body and smooth finish provide a complex yet approachable experience at 7.8% ABV.
