This Belgian-style strong ale offers a complex profile built upon 14 months of aging in Bourbon barrels. Poured deep amber, the beer carries aromas of dried fruit, vanilla, and subtle spice characteristic of the Belgian yeast strain, which are richly complemented by the oak and residual sweetness from the Bourbon. At 11% ABV and 20 IBU, it presents a warming, full-bodied mouthfeel.
