This Barrel Aged Imperial Stout pours jet black beneath a creamy tan head. The aroma offers distinct notes of rye whiskey mingling with dark fruit, specifically raisin, balanced by bittersweet chocolate and a hint of vanilla sweetness. On the palate, flavors of darker raisin, plum, and ripe cherry meet burnt sugar and intense dark chocolate. A subtle charred oak character emerges from the barrel aging process. The mouthfeel is soft and full, delivering a gentle warmth characteristic of its 11.6% ABV.
