Lake Day Hazy DIPA
This Hazy Double IPA pours a deeply opaque, pale gold, offering a full, soft mouthfeel typical of the style. At 8.5% ABV, the higher alcohol content supports a robust profile of tropical fruit and citrus notes. The aroma is dominated by ripe mango, passionfruit, and sweet orange peel, derived from a generous dry-hop schedule. With 50 IBU, the bitterness is restrained, allowing the juicy hop character to lead, finishing with a pleasant, lingering sweetness and minimal hop burn.
