Beer Profile

Summer Kamp Saison

Summer Kamp Saison is a summer farmhouse ale featuring a blend of fruity and spicy notes characteristic of traditional Wallonian saisons. Its soft malt backbone balances bright flavors, while the use of Nelson Sauvin hops imparts a distinctive white wine-like aroma with subtle tropical hints. The beer pours a pale gold with a crisp, dry finish, offering a refreshing mouthfeel suited for warm weather. This saison combines classic farmhouse complexity with a nuanced hop presence, resulting in a lively and approachable profile.
