A touch of lactose and flaked oats creates a silky mouthfeel, while wheat adds a light body. The hop blend of Citra and El Dorado provides bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas alongside a mild bitterness of 28 IBU, which gently frames the tart and fruity character. At 6.4% ABV, this beer offers a flavorful yet approachable sour IPA experience.
